$160 AUDIndividual Counselling
A client-centred conversation offering space to explore your feelings, relationships, challenges and questions. We begin with what matters to you and remain responsive to what you bring.

Individual sessions · Online via Zoom
Counselling and creative exploration, at your pace.
There may be something you want to speak about, a difficulty you are living with, or an experience you would like to understand more fully. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation.
Sessions offer space to explore what is present in your life through conversation and, where you choose, creative expression. We work collaboratively, with attention to your needs, preferences and pace.

Working together
Listening and relationship come first. We make room for what you actually experience, without requiring it to fit a particular method.
My background in transpersonal arts brings an openness to meaning, imagination, metaphor and the wider questions of a person’s life. These possibilities are explored when they are relevant to you. Your own understanding remains central.
If you choose to work creatively, we may sit with an image, notice what stands out and explore your associations. You can share as much or as little as you wish. No image is treated as a diagnosis or given a fixed interpretation.
I am a Transpersonal Art Therapist and Counsellor, currently undertaking undergraduate studies in Integrative Psychotherapy.
About Gaia →Online preparation
Choose a private place where you can speak comfortably, with a suitable device and reliable internet connection. Online sessions will not be recorded by Soul Metaphors.
For creative exploration, you provide your own simple art materials. A preparation list will be supplied beforehand, with room to discuss what you already have available.
15 minutes · No charge
A brief introductory phone or video conversation offers time to ask questions and consider whether working together feels suitable. There is no obligation to continue. This is not a therapy or crisis-support session.
Individual services remain in professional preparation. You are welcome to register your interest or ask a practical question; a few sentences are enough.
Contact Gaia →Further sessions can be discussed together according to your needs and circumstances. Concession appointments may be discussed privately.
Care and clarity
You may pause or decline an invitation. Your artwork remains yours, and its use beyond your sessions requires separate, specific consent.
I work within my present competence. If your needs fall outside that scope, we will discuss other support or referral options. Enquiries are not monitored for urgent assistance.
Payment, cancellation, privacy and consent arrangements will be finalised before appointments open. Preparation and private joining details will be provided before sessions begin.

I acknowledge the Original Tribal Leaders and Custodians of the lands, waters and skies upon which we live, work and gather. Whether we gather in person or meet across distance, we each sit upon Country, with histories and relationships reaching far beyond our own. I honour the living Lore, knowledge and cultures carried through generations.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and those continuing to carry culture forward. With humility and respect, I invite us to remain curious about the Country upon which we sit, the people who have cared for it across generations, and our own relationship with the land.
